We created three model units for Metro9 focusing on the various target buyers for these luxury condominiums.
Unit 612 was designed for a more mature, aspiring buyer who is less in transition and here to stay. This 2-bedroom apartment is urban but elegant. Soft materials and colors live next to the raw and industrial features of the former cold storage facility and give the apartment its unique and sophisticated flair.
