The breathtaking views of the Merrimack River were the focal point of the design for this 15 unit luxury condominium project. APD was retained by the Owner to design the two model units in the project so as to celebrate the project’s waterfront lifestyle and contemporary aesthetics. The seasonal variations of the Merrimack River and the endlessly changing lights informed the selection of the interior color palette and determined furniture selection and placement. The large full height windows and open layout provide a seamless indoor/outdoor spatial interaction. We chose a bright yet calming color scheme and anchored it with distinct artwork and clean, contemporary furniture. In addition to the design of the model units, our team was involved in every stage of the design and construction of the interiors, from the selection of the rich hardwood flooring material to the layout of the fully amenitized kitchens.
